As400 Developer, Auckland

Java developer is responsible for complete end-to-end web development including UI, business, and data layer.
Understand architecture requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities in adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Primary focus will be on the latest Java technology with J2 EE, Spring, and REST APIs.
You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure, requiring commitment to collaborative problem solving, next-generation design, and creating quality products.
Design, develop, and maintain AS400 applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Modify and enhance existing AS400 programs.
Perform unit testing and resolve software defects.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AS400 systems.
Plan for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
