What You’ll Be Doing
Crafting and testing new products to stay ahead of the game.
Building performance models of our products and figuring out how to make them even better.
Onboarding new suppliers and making sure our materials are next level.
Taking the lead on external testing to meet industry certifications and ensuring our products exceed all standards.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Chemical & Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken!).
Strong time management —expertly work multiple projects.
A passion for continuous improvement and sustainability.
