About the role | Mō te Tūranga As a Senior Civil Structures/Bridge Engineer, you will lead projects and teams locally and nationally, working on a diverse and challenging portfolio. From the Omāroro Reservoir and Takitimu North Link to the Highgate Bridge and Sulphur Point Container Wharf, you will have the opportunity to bring innovation and new ideas to life. Your role will involve developing and maintaining positive client relationships, utilising your stakeholder management skills to engage clients, project partners, and your project team. You will provide day-to-day technical leadership, support, and guidance to the infrastructure team, mentoring engineers to enhance their skills and deliver excellence. About you | Mōu We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in infrastructure and civil structures projects. You should be deeply technically proficient, possess strong commercial acumen, and have a proven track record in leading projects from proposals to delivery. Your excellent technical skills should be complemented by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
