Join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Solution Delivery Engineer and take on the exciting responsibility of deploying cutting-edge Cybersecurity solutions to enable the monitoring, management, and assessment of our clients' environments. As part of the deployment process, you will transition these systems to our talented analyst teams for ongoing monitoring, as well as to our dedicated maintenance teams.
While the deployment activities form the core of this role, at CDOC/SOC we are committed to constantly improving both our deployment process and the solutions we deliver. This means your role will go beyond just projects, offering you the chance to shape our future product implementations.
If you are passionate about the Cybersecurity field and looking for a career move that allows you to thrive in this fast-paced space, this role is perfect for you.
What You’ll Do (your Why)
Collaborate with CDOC Architects and client representatives to create innovative solutions for new clients.
Implement cutting-edge solutions to onboard clients, working closely with CDOC and client PMs to coordinate activities, resources, and timelines.
Create comprehensive deployment and handover documentation for CDOC and other support teams, and conduct "go live" handover meetings with required support teams.
Define and enhance processes for new service onboarding, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Specify and document requirements, capabilities, and constraints for design procedures and processes.
Collaborate with Analysts, Platforms, Solution Specialists, and Automation Engineers to provide valuable feedback, requirements, and suggestions for process improvements.
Serve as a technical escalation point for CDOC Platforms Engineers and Analysts, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues.
What you’ll bring
You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Security roles with extensive knowledge of Cyber Security technologies and products. Along with a strong understanding of SIEM

platforms, EDR technologies, and Vulnerability Management, it is crucial to have a good grasp of the underlying components such as Wintel/Linux capability, scripting, networks, firewalls, proxies, virtualization, and cloud

technologies. Familiarity with Endpoint controls, NBAD, DLP concepts, and technologies would be advantageous, as well as exposure to Security Orchestration and Automation methodologies, which would be highly valued.
We are seeking energetic individuals who possess:
A security-focused mindset.
A deep passion for designing and constructing solutions that excel in meeting client requirements
A dedication to continuous improvement, both personally and as a team, in implementation and the way solutions are executed
The ability to communicate effectively and promptly within and across teams, catering to different levels of technical expertise
The capacity to work simultaneously on multiple projects at different stages of completion
An understanding and appreciation of the agile methodology
A proactive approach to automation and scripting whenever feasible
An openness to acquiring knowledge of new technologies, capabilities, and products
