Senior Stormwater Engineer - Water, Auckland

Overview
Senior Stormwater Engineer position with WSP NZ.
Opportunity to join a high performing stormwater team and take a leading role in securing, managing and delivering multidisciplinary projects.
A technical lead responsible for the production of design, drawings, specifications, reports and other documents associated with stormwater engineering, and for delivering practical, buildable designs.
The role involves liaising with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver complex projects that delight clients.
You will contribute to transformational projects and programmes related to flood and cyclone recovery, major transport projects, pipe networks and culverts, water quality design, ponds and wetlands, and stream restorations, delivering critical infrastructure for communities around New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership in stormwater design and related documentation (designs, drawings, specifications, reports).
Deliver practical, buildable design solutions and coordinate multi-disciplinary project delivery.
Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to meet project goals and client expectations.
Lead and manage projects within the stormwater domain and contribute to broader programmes.
About you / Qualifications
BE in Engineering preferred
CPEng or equivalent or nearing submission
Ten years professional experience in stormwater design or construction of stormwater infrastructure
Project Management experience and training would be advantageous
