Our global FMCG brands include MONDAY Haircare, Rascals, NOOD, BONKERS, Gumi Yum Surprise, and more!Role Purpose The Content Marketing Manager at ZURU Toys is responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the execution of global content marketing across social & owned channels and paid campaigns. This role helps shape the creative content vision for the Toys portfolio, balancing hands-on leadership of key brand moments and campaigns, with the development and enablement of a high-performing content team. As a people leader, you will coach and empower your team to deliver best-in-class content efficiently, while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all platforms and markets. You will also champion the role of content within the business, building strong internal relationships across Marketing, Creative, Digital and Brand Engagement teams, advocating for the role of content in delivering brand & business outcomes.Role Impact Own and evolve the global content strategy for ZURU Toys, ensuring alignment with brand, commercial, and platform priorities, while leading and developing a growing Content Marketing team by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management. Execute and oversee global social and paid campaigns, supporting junior team members in day-to-day execution such as localisation, and drive content excellence through. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Content Strategy & Execution Define and own the global content strategy for key ZURU Toys brands across organic, owned, and paid channels.
Drive audience growth through best-in-class content delivery that improves community engagement and sentiment.
Oversee content planning across all channels, including content calendars, copywriting, and creative execution across all content formats.
Drive regular reporting across all owned content efforts, with a clear test-and-learn agenda to support continuous content improvement.
Lead the creative ideation of big-bet campaigns and brand activations, overseeing execution and global rollout.
Provide strategic guidance and final approval on creative briefs, content concepts, and asset production.
Set bi-annual content priorities aligned with brand planning and business objectives.
Establish processes that keep ZURU Toys brands at the forefront of creative trends, platform innovation, and competitor activity while producing at scale.
Ensure content calendars, storytelling, and platform strategies are aligned across global markets.
Continuously identify efficient ways to improve the quality and quantity of content production, providing feedback to media partners and supporting the development of Netra.
Brief and manage external agency partners as relevant, in close collaboration with the Creative and Brand Marketing teams, optimising production investment for best ROI.
Partner with Brand Marketing to develop annual plans and ideate brand activations and campaigns that support business objectives and big bets.
Work closely with Local Marketing teams to ensure accurate campaign implementation with appropriate localisation and cultural nuance.


Team Leadership & Development As a key leader, you will coach, mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance, creative excellence and operational efficiency, offering constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
Set clear expectations and empower team members through strong process, role clarity and creative inspiration.
Oversee team workflow in line with wider business priorities. 


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3-5 years experience in content marketing, brand, or social media management , ideally with exposure to global or fast-paced brands. Proven ability to plan and deliver content campaigns  end-to-end, from strategy through to optimisation. Strong track record in social-first content , particularly Tik Tok and Instagram, with results in driving growth and engagement. Awareness of pop culture, social trends, and platform innovation , with the ability to turn them into relevant, brand-right content. Experience in building and managing social content calendars  across multiple channels. Hands-on experience in content production  (both scrappy and polished), with the ability to scale campaigns and adapt for local audiences. Excellent organisation and project management skills , balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience mentoring or leading others , fostering collaboration and creativity within a team. Confident in using data and insights  to test, report, and refine content strategies. Passionate about storytelling and brand building , with a commercial mindset and eye for creative detail.
