About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Tech Services Manager, the Technical Systems Analyst is a solid contributor and is responsible for executing a broad range of technical and operational activities including gathering and transforming requirements into system design, support, manage and maintain systems, analyse data to identify existing problems and craft solutions.
About the Team
The Tech Services department is part of the Technology division supporting Envato employees located across Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Israel and the United States. The purpose of the Tech Services area is to provide sustainable and secure high quality technology experiences that enables staff to succeed. The team does this by collaborating as trusted partners with internal teams, innovating with automation, knowledge and support and providing platforms, tools and processes that empower staff capabilities.
Responsibilties

Understands and analyses business requirements in order to implement technical solutions
Collaborates within the team and across business groups to analyse and provide technology solutions to business problems
Manages stakeholder interactions and expectations
Supports improvement activities for systems and business flows eg staff on-off board
Acts as an Escalation point for Tech Services support team for technical solutions
Participates in IT related communication awareness and training activities covering hardware, applications, problem solving, knowledge management and cybersecurity
Learns and applies problem solving methodologies and identifies continual improvement opportunities
Provides guidance and training where appropriate on technology services
Takes ownership of a specific piece of work within a technology process lifecycle or project in addition to BAU activities appropriate to skill level, seeking assistance and guidance from the team, more senior analysts, architects, and managers.
Skills & Qualifications

Business analysis and/or Technical systems experience (3+ years)
Technical implementation experience
Ideally some Saa S experience of internal systems like: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, 1 Password, Office 365
Great customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong technical skills with both PC and Mac platforms
Great technical all-rounder, troubleshooter, generalist
Have a great understanding of both hardware and software computer fundamentals
Experience with cloud based solutions e.g. Google Apps, Dropbox, etc.
Proactive, organised and able to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise processes and tasks
Sound ability to gather, analyse and interpret business needs and develop and configure appropriate software solutions
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or industry experience or qualifications
