About the Role: As the User Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional product experiences for diverse user groups, including Professionals, Homeowners, and the internal team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product team to understand the needs of both B2B and B2C users in designing product solutions. Research user behavior through various data sources, conduct tests, and recommend changes based on user insights. Conduct regular user interviews to deeply understand user needs, challenges, and how the product can provide value. Identify core problems, validate assumptions, and pinpoint areas of product focus in collaboration with the wider product team. Translate conceptual ideas into practical and valuable solutions for users. Design easy-to-understand end-to-end flows and utilize prototyping tools to demonstrate interactions. Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of the product. Provide and receive feedback from other designers to elevate the overall quality of design. Work with existing and establish new systems for collecting, collating, and communicating customer feedback to enhance platform features and improve user experience. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in building and shipping applications or software with end-to-end experience across various platforms. Proficient in user journey mapping, usability testing, wireframing, and user analysis research. Ability to align with visual design principles, including typography, UI, color, layout, and iconography. Expertise in Figma/Figjam for designing solutions and excellent Figma prototyping skills. Familiarity with Jira and Miro for project management and planning initiatives. Alignment with core product strategy and ability to offer recommendations and insights. Model the company's values.
