  • You will have a strong track record of developing, implementing, and reviewing health and safety policies and procedures, and you can inspire others to follow them.
  • Your meticulous nature ensures regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits are conducted thoroughly, identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, allowing delivery of impactful training programs and effectively convey health and safety policies to all employees and contractors.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to investigate incidents, analyse health and safety data, and identify trends to implement preventative measures.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software, and you continuously seek to implement new technologies and practices to enhance health and safety performance.
  • You can manage multiple tasks and work independently, ensuring the safety of our diverse properties and operations.

    Qualification in Health and Safety Level 4 or above, or a related field is desirable, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
