These machines utilize a high-pressure waterjet, sometimes with abrasives, to cut through materials like granite, marble, porcelain, and other stone varieties. ROLE REQUIREMENTSWaterjet machine operation experience - working knowledge of GMM TECHNI Waterjetwould be an advantage. Technical Skillsand advanced understanding of CNC machine operation, setting, and programming – knowledge of Biesse Intermac CNC machines would be ideal, but not essential. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Ideally, skills in operating Bridge Saws, CNC routers, and Overhead Gantry (this can be trained). Ability to interpret shop drawings and technical specs. Able to measure dimensions and areas. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Assure the quality of each part meets specifications. Load and run programs through the database. Health and Safety conscious with an eye for detail and quality workmanship. Good problem-solving skills and the ability toidentify and resolve issues that arise during production. An effective team player who can follow instructions, prioritise workload, and is highly motivated to achieve output deadlines.
