The Role CPEng Civil Engineer - Technical Lead on Land Development & Civil Infrastructure projects, 20 through to 200 Lots. The Responsibilities Lead / Manage technical design and reviewing across Land Development and Civil Infrastructure projects. Experience developing and managing 2 D / 3 D geometric, roading, pavement, earthworks, erosion/ sediment, three waters & surface hydrology designs. Conduct fee proposals, prepare and oversee schedules, tender documentation & NZ4431 construction monitoring and sign-off. Ensure all projects meet industry standards and regulations while mitigating project risks and adhering to timelines. Mentor juniors and peers in their roles. Collaborate and communicate effectively with all disciplines, colleagues and stakeholders and client liaison. The Requirements Civil CPEng accreditation and experience in a similar Civil Engineering role, with relevant Engineering Qualifications. Excellent communication / collaboration skills and sound ability to work autonomously across multiple projects. Hands on design skills and proficiency in 12 D or Civil 3 D software.
