Blue Wallace Surveyors has provided Land Surveying, Planning & Engineering Design services from Coromandel to Southland since 1994.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with at least 5-10 years of NZ experience in land development, wastewater pump design & stormwater design.
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients, contractors, and Councils are essential. We are looking for someone who has Civil 3 D experience & is competent in design and report writing.
Some project & construction management experience would also be an advantage.
The role includes:
Experience in Stormwater Design & Calculations.
Design reports & 3 Waters Assessment report writing.
Civil 3 D roads & services reticulation design.
Experience in Wastewater Pump Design.
Initial engineering analysis & costing of projects.
Project & construction management.
Contract administration & supervision.
Ensuring compliance with engineering consent conditions.
