The After Sales Manager is accountable for leading and optimising the Parts & Service department to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while driving profitability. This role ensures that aftersales operations are efficient, customer focused, and commercially sustainable. In addition, the After Sales Manager actively supports the overall success of Cable Price (NZ) Ltd by upholding the company’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.

The successful applicant will have well established sales, parts and service experience combined with knowledge of the heavy vehicle, forestry and construction machinery industries.
This is a role that will allow the successful applicant to really make their mark in our Hastings Branch whilst developing their own skills within the industry. The ideal person will be proficient at: Managing an efficient and professional service and parts operation
Building and maintaining customer relations to provide a strong service focus to our valued customers
Analysing service and parts data, including W. I. P, productivity and efficiency statistics
Identifying and capturing new opportunities for both Sales and Aftersales departments
Looking for continuous improvement in all areas of the operation
Proven Organisational and Technical skills to manage and coach a productive and efficient team
Understands and practices good work flow process
Effective customer communication capabilities
