About the Business and the Roles Development Nous are seeking Planners to join our multidisciplinary team within either of our offices situated in Hastings (Hawkes Bay), Palmerston North (Manawatu) or Wellington CBD.

Development Nous specialise in land development locally and throughout New Zealand.

We offer expertise in surveying, urban design, planning, civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture and project management.

We have a large variety of work within a growing practice.

We promote an office environment that fosters a team approach and encourages a lively atmosphere.

A sense of humour is a must.

We require team members who can work well within teams while managing their time effectively.

We would like to hear from environmental/resource management planners with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

You'll be supported by a team of experienced planners, surveyors, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architecture professionals.

Salary will be negotiated dependent on experience and expertise.

Skills and Experience * Have practical experience with the resource management act 1991.

* Be a member of the NZPI or be eligible to apply.

* Produce work of a consistently high standard.

* Have strong written, verbal and relationship skills.

* Provide our clients with a high level of communication and a duty of care.

* Have a positive attitude with a drive to succeed.

* Be able to work to deadlines and organise time to deliver results needed for our clients.
