Position Summary
Apply your knowledge of physical sciences and mathematics related to engineering, with specialized expertise in soils mechanics, hydraulics, structural theory, materials strength, geology, and surveying. The Project Engineer will support project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and contractual specifications. Promote and enforce the company's safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide project-specific engineering support, including:
- Preparing submittals and maintaining records
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Overseeing quality control and documentation
- Preparing daily reports and tracking progress
- Managing site surveying activities
- Assisting with subcontractor management and procurement
- Supporting project cost reporting
- Developing cost estimates and proposals
- Analyzing remediation methodologies
- Completing administrative duties
- Traveling to project sites as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (not mandatory)
- 5-10 years of experience with:
- Auto CAD Civil 3 D, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
- USACE QCS System, site surveying, cost estimates, procurement
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Safety training (optional but provided if needed):
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER, Competent Person, Supervisory, OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role involves office work with frequent computer use, occasional site visits requiring PPE, and exposure to environmental hazards like heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, and weather extremes.
