MIMICO sells, hires, and services heavy machinery for the quarrying, mining, contracting, construction, recycling, and forestry industries. Job Description In this newly created role and key role supporting the Sales team will be responsible for sales/product support for heavy equipment sales across New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Include: Initiating new builds with the workshop by creating necessary documents and purchase orders Monitoring shipping and customs clearing of capital equipment, and overseeing the transport from the port to the final destination Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers Managing Google Drive resources, including stocklists and attachment price books Maintaining CRM system and pricing tools, and handling any reasonable management requests Providing quotes to the Sales team Overseeing rental fleet management and reporting Qualifications An understanding of workshop processing and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry (desirable)Customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, with familiarity in using ERP and/or CRM systems Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Intermediate level VBA)An eagerness to learn, be well-presented, and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality customer service Strong communication skills, along with a high level of workflow prioritization and management skills Additional Information Benefits of Joining the Team: Competitive remuneration Health and life insurance Training and support opportunities to upskill
