Allspec Marine & Composites is looking for another Composite Boat Builder / Composite Technician to join their team.We are a busy boat building yard who currently have a new build 10m fiberglass cat on the go, and  another 12m cat begining in a few weeks. We also do some motorhome/caravan repairs, fibreglass/carbon fibre components and repairs, etc.Employment Type (terms):  Permanent, Full-time, Paid fortnightlyDays and Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 5pm and Friday 7:30am – 11:30am giving you a 2 and half day weekend every week.Boat Builder /Composite TechnicianThe ideal candidate would have the following experience and attributes.• Boatbuilding, fibre glass experience with Polyester, vinyl-ester and epoxy• Vacuum bagging and infusion experience• Boatbuilding, timber construction• Cabinet maker/carpentry, ability to operate machinery safely and build furniture• Motorhome/Caravan build and repair• Mould making• Able to read and understand plans when required• Fit in and work in a team environment• Work unsupervised• Have their own tool kit• Be a good all-rounder/diverse.In return, we can offer ongoing support and training in a friendly work environment.
