Position: Senior Design Engineer - Composites

We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute to detailed design specifications from inception to completion, supporting component or system validation, servicing, and utilization, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Design and develop complex composite components and sub-systems, taking ownership of your designs and applying your theoretical knowledge.
- Conceptualize and schematically design components, detail machined parts, patterns, molds, and specify laminates, extending to necessary jigs and build tooling.
Candidate Profile:
We seek someone with previous experience, ideally within F1 or high-level motorsport, with a degree in Engineering or equivalent. A solid understanding of engineering principles is essential.
Experience with CAD software such as Catia V5/3 DX is preferred; training support is available for NX or similar platforms.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, pragmatic, creative, and innovative, with a consistent approach to problem-solving. You should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
