Description The Higgins Team in Taupō are currently looking for a Plant Operator to join the team at the asphalt plant.
You will be part of a team of 3 that manufacture up to tonnes of Asphalt per month and aiming to increase production.

What you’ll bring to the role: Prior plant operating experience is highly sought after, other relevant plant operating experience will be considered e.g.
concrete plant Prior mechanical experience advantageous e.g heavy diesel mechanic/plant maintenance Prior manufacturing experience is sought after Ability to work a roster of days and nights (Night shift as required)Class 1 licence essential - WTR and Class 2 sought after but we can support you to gain these Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills required Strong track record of commitment to health and safety Higgins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
