Do you have: National Diploma in Building Control Surveying (Level 5) or equivalent Strong technical knowledge - you know your lintels from your joists A sharp eye for detail - can read building plans effortlessly Great people skills to deal professionally with our customers, stakeholders and contractors Understanding of compliance and legislation and the ability to transform jargon with ease What will you do?Manage Residential and Commercial building consents Ensure that new consents are meeting the obligations of the Building Act/Code and necessary regulations Working and supporting customers to meet the required standards for all legislation and legal requirements Keep up to date with the latest changes in the construction sector Contribute to an awesome and supportive team environment Ready to make an impact?
