With a new maintenance contract secured, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Cyclic Foreman to join our Tokoroa-based team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities on local roads and infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You'll lead a small crew, liaise with clients and supervisors, and play a key role in keeping our road networks safe and well-maintained. We're also open to applications from existing teams (Foreman + Labourer) who want to work together—let us know in your application!Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team delivering cyclic road maintenance tasks Plan and organise daily activities and resources Carry out inspections and minor repairs (potholes, signs, drainage, vegetation, etc.
