About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team on a fixed term, 6 months basis. In this role you will be responsible for supervising our construction sites of solar, battery storage, hybrid and micro gird projects. The successful candidate will prepare sites prior to commencement of construction work, supervise implementation of projects and meeting client and stakeholder requirements.

In this role you will:
Be the first point of contact on site for clients, subcontractors and local bodies/community
Perform site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections
Develop project plans, schedules, scope of works and quality management plans
Develop and maintain risk and issues register for site
Prepare and check site reports, designs and drawings
Supervise contracted staff and assigned work packages to support overall construction
Undertake project costs analysis and monitor progress against budget and forecast
Manage logistics of personnel and materials
About you:
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the construction industry
Experience with a company working across international borders and/or multilateral donors is preferred but not essential
