This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Discovery and Service Design team tasked with translating strategy and policy into ready-to-go service designs. While this role is part of New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) within MBIE, you don't need to be a procurement professional. You get to build and then lead a flexible team of service design experts. You will design and deliver best-practice discovery, feasibility and service design practices and frameworks within NZGP. This role reports to the Head of System Improvement and Engagement within NZGP, as part of a newly formed team focused on engaging with the procurement system to drive cultural and behavioural change. Skills and Experience Required We are keen to hear from you if you have: › A wide-ranging knowledge of, and experience in business analysis and service design, and understanding of different contemporary methodologies. › A solid understanding of discovery, feasibility and service design processes and principles. › An ability to think strategically and analytically and translate ideas and concepts into concrete actions. › Experience in building a team with a strong identity that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
