As the Sales Director for Public Sector Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving our sales strategy across New Zealand. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales function across New Zealand, ensuring alignment with DXC Technology's global sales strategy. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and business success. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth and opportunities for DXC to lead. Key Requirements: Proven track record of successful sales leadership and driving results in a B2 B environment, within technology or IT services. Strong understanding of the New Zealand market, including key industries and customer needs. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams. A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering client-centric solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A high level of business acumen, with the ability to manage and grow large, complex accounts.
