ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting 12-month Fixed Term Parental Cover with hours and working days of Monday 9am - 2pm, Tuesday 10am - 2pm, Wednesday 10am - 2pm, Thursday 10:30am - 2:30pm, Friday 10am - 2pm, totaling 20.5 hours. The role is for someone who loves the kaleidoscope of denim. As our Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities through coaching, developing, and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing an exceptional service experience for each of our Just Jeans customers. You will also have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous management experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s, and stock loss targets
