This role will see you take ownership of day-to-day finance and accounts administration, with a strong focus on payroll, alongside broader accounting, reporting, and compliance responsibilities.
You'll be responsible for preparing financial reports for Head Office and the management team, ensuring accruals and prepayments are correctly applied, and entering and verifying the accuracy of financial transactions.
The role will also involve performing balance sheet and ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the company's lease schedules.
In addition, you'll support budgeting activities, assist with Inland Revenue obligations, manage payroll processing, and provide support during year-end audits.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where your organisation, initiative, and attention to detail will play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly.
