You will be dealing with high-end clientele and depending on your interests, industries can be allocated accordingly. The client base has a mix of For Profit and NFPs so the world is your oyster. This role will encompass the end to end audit lifecycle with a focus on inspiring and leading your team. Due to the size of the audit team, you will have the structure which allows you grow and progress internally, if that's what you desire. If you would prefer to stay in leadership, that's something they are happy to embrace. They are a full service firm so once you have proven yourself there is the possibility to transfer internally to a different stream.
