Could it be you?You’re an expert bar manager with your LCQ and Manager’s License, with 3-5 years’ experience managing a high-performing team under your belt. Running a great bar is second nature to you. Juggling great service, training and rostering your team, keeping the bar stocked and shiny, and planning for future growth, is all in a day’s work. You send out a top team, every day, well briefed, well trained, and full of confidence they’re the best at what they do. You love training and mentoring great talent, and nothing makes you prouder than seeing your team walk tall. You’re used to working with established systems and processes. At Lone Star, our Operations Manual is our bible, and we expect our managers to know it inside out. And of course, you get mighty excited about quality drinks, and love sharing your knowledge with thirsty guests. You’ll be taking orders, recommending drinks, mixing our spectacular cocktails, and pouring the finest NZ wines and craft beers. But most of all, you’re all about flawless service with a personal touch.
