The Role As a Bartender at Margo's, you'll be right in the heart of the action, crafting delicious margaritas, serving cold beers, pouring wines, and keeping service smooth across a busy docket bar setup.
You'll balance speed, accuracy, and fun, keeping drinks flowing and guests smiling, while working closely with the floor team to make every service seamless.
What you'll do Marg Magic: Create our signature margaritas with consistency, care, and character, from classic lime to bold seasonal flavours.
Deliver fast, friendly service: Work the docket bar efficiently, ensuring orders are made quickly and to spec every time.
Support the team: Communicate clearly with the floor team, keeping service timing tight and energy high.
Keep it fresh: Maintain clean, organised bar areas and follow all stock rotation and prep procedures.
Bring the energy: Be a positive, welcoming presence, whether you're pouring, prepping, or celebrating customers with the iconic tequila birthday song.
Know your stuff: Learn the menu, know your tequila and mezcal, and take pride in every drink you send out.

You thrive in a fast-paced restaurant service, and you know how to keep cool under pressure, without losing your smile.
