The practice prepares 99% of accounts on Xero, as well as utilising XPM and FYI Docs for the in-house system, along with various other third party apps as required. Role Description In your role, you will be: Reviewing annual financial statements & various taxation matters Managing your own small team of accountants Assisting Directors in management of staff and internal systems Meeting and communicating with clients on regular and irregular matters as required The intention of this position is to allow a pathway to directorship should the right candidate wish to progress. About you: This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes: Chartered Accountant Qualification (CA ANZ)Either Certificate of Public Practice (CPP) qualified or the ability to become CPP qualified Experience in Xero Practice Manager & Xero Pro-active in systems and identifying opportunities for improvement In depth knowledge of accounts, financial statements and tax legislation Ability to manage staff, multiple tasks and meet deadlines Livestock reporting experience preferable but not required Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology
