Behaviour Technician position at Kerry's Place Autism Services
Responsible for providing supports and services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
Multiple program areas, including early years services and urgent response services

Responsibilities
• Provide direct treatment using evidence-based approaches for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports
• Participate in intervention planning and assessments
• Communicate with team and families
• Prepare teaching materials and support integration in educational and community programs
• Adhere to standards and regulations
• Maintain thorough and professional records
• Ensure the health and safety of individuals being served
• Complete required certifications and training
• Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
• University degree or college diploma in a Human Services Field
• Coursework in Behaviour Science or Applied Behaviour Analysis preferred
• Minimum of 3 months experience working with individuals with autism, ABA experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Developmental Services sector
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and evidence-based treatment models
• Working knowledge of human development, community supports, and therapeutic techniques
• Competency in Boardmaker, database, and Microsoft Office systems
• RBT/BCABA credentials considered assets
• Fluency in French is an asset
• Ability to complete certifications and perform physical techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours and have personal vehicle
