About the Role:

Our client is looking for junior to intermediate level marketing professional to join the collaborative marketing team.
Reporting into the Head of Product & Marketing this is a newly created role brought on to help deliver customer centric marcomms in an exciting segment for this business in growth mode
Working with both internal stakeholders and external agencies to help deliver best in class marcomms. This is a commercial role driving lead generation and owning the whole customer journey from awareness to consideration to conversion.

This role is vital to the marketing team, delivering a broad range of marketing activities including:

Development and delivery of brand awareness, acquisition and retention marketing campaigns and other communications activities.
Delivery of consistent messaging aligning with marketing strategy within ATL, BTL and paid digital. So, accountability across multiple channels, including :- radio, brochures, magazines, targeted digital, website, social media and broader marketing initiatives also.
Taking responsibility for the program delivery, sales outcomes, and ROI for the given segment. This role uses insights to create actionable marketing initiatives, optimising as you go.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid level retail marketing candidate who really wants ownership of their segment

About You:

You will have 3-5 years marketing and communications experience ideally within the retail sector, but we are open to B2C services sector experience also. You will also have an interest in home furnishings!
You will be comfortable owning and delivering end to end marcomms campaigns end to end ensuring best in class campaigns with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be used to working with internal stakeholders and external creative and media agencies.
You will be familiar with the full customer lifecycle working across truly integrated channels, including radio, print, sales collateral , various digital including targeted digital, website & social media
You will be interested in strategy and be creative to be the brand guardian for this segment, while also commercial and comfortable with analytics and reporting.
You will have a great working attitude and organisational skills with the ability to manage stakeholders priorities while ensuring the comms are all customer centric with the correct brand tone of voice.
You will be collaborative, proactive person with excellent project management and natural relationship building/stakeholder management skills. Experienced working with agencies, with an excellent eye for detail you can review creative, messaging and write copy and ensure content is relevant to the different customer segments.
You will thrive in a fast paced, retail environment working with internal/external stakeholders and looking for the next step in your career in a bustling retail business.
