We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the successful delivery of our business transformation projects and initiatives.

The Business Analyst will:
Lead project scoping and requirements gathering. Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and focus groups. Analyse and document current and future state processes. Identify gaps, risks, and change impacts. Support change management and implementation planning. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other relevant discipline.3–5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role (public sector experience a plus). Strong skills in process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation. Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
