The Role As a Business Coordinator at Northpower, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting a high-performing team of administrators in our Central Contracting – Western Region. This is a vital role focused on the efficient delivery of administrative services that support key operational and project outcomes across the business. You’ll supervise day-to-day tasks, provide ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities, and ensure workloads are managed effectively. Based in Palmerston North or Masterton, you'll work in a collaborative environment where leadership, communication, and organisation are key. Your role will involve managing business coordination processes, supporting operational targets, and driving continuous improvement across the team.
