What you'll do New Business Development & Sales Growth- Proactively hunt, and convert, new business opportunities across schools and learning communities.
Customer Engagement- Build relationships that support long-term retention and ongoing growth.
Onboarding- Work closely with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and supported from day one.
Events Presentations & Marketing Support- Represent Fusion at Education events, delivering presentations that position us as a leading partner for schools.
Partner & Vendor Management- Coordinating with vendors to secure great products, fair pricing, and the right support for our schools.

You communicate confidently with senior leaders, stay organised under pressure, and collaborate well with technical and operational teams.
