Key Responsibilities
• Workflow & Process Mapping: Record and analyze current workflow charts, administrative procedures, and departmental structures to identify areas for optimization.
• Organizational Analysis: Conduct detailed work studies and evaluations of existing systems to ensure they align with Resonate’s strategic goals.
• Business Improvement Proposals: Prepare data-driven recommendations and formal proposals to redefine job functions, alter workflows, or resolve operational redundancies.
• Implementation & Change Management: Facilitate the rollout of revised procedures, including the creation of procedure manuals and the training of staff on new organizational standards.
• Standards Compliance: Review operating procedures across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent adherence to established company standards.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize business metrics to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide regular reports to the executive leadership team.
Required Skills & Experience
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Organisation Management, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a process improvement, operations analyst, or management consulting role, preferably within the IT or Saa S industry.
