About the role You'll work closely with the Director, who currently wears multiple hats across surveying and engineering.
Expect a mix of: Signing off cadastral work Managing and mentoring grads and junior surveyors Overseeing projects locally (around 60% Christchurch-based)Supporting overflow work from Auckland Having input into the growth and direction of the Christchurch office There's scope to step into a formal Team Lead role as the office expands.
Business development isn't mandatory, but there's room to grow into it if that interests you.
