Position: Campus Director - Walpole, MA

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Campus Director for their Walpole, MA location. The Walpole campus serves youth aged 12 to 18, providing year-round educational and residential services in a safe, supportive environment. The programs focus on fostering self-esteem, academic and social growth, promoting positive social skills, and offering engaging activities.
Under the general direction of the VP and AVP of Congregate Care, the Campus Director will oversee program operations and staff, collaborate with referral sources, and ensure the delivery of quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee program activities and staff, including supervision, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.
- Assess and develop program services in collaboration with leadership, ensuring they meet client needs and are continuously improved.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community and government agencies to ensure a steady flow of eligible clients.
- Develop, review, and implement program policies and procedures, exploring new initiatives for service expansion.
- Maintain effective relationships with staff and leverage agency resources for successful program management.
- Participate in budget development, monitor financial performance, and address variances.
- Oversee intake and discharge processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Manage risk and crisis resolution, review incident reports, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and represent the program in internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Education preferred.
- Professional license and clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in Child Welfare or Child Education is a plus.
- Knowledge of Child Welfare system and related agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, etc.
