Responsibilities
• Provide educational and academic leadership to staff and students
• Manage day-to-day operations and professional leadership of the Timaru campus
• Ensure curriculum delivery and implementation of school's policies and programs
• Provide pastoral care to students
• Build and manage positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents
Requirements
• Previous leadership experience ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, Head of School, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of NCEA curriculum requirements
• Experience in curriculum development or teaching and learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Interest in modern teaching methods and technologies
