This position will be working with our lovely residents who need an experienced and reliable person with a passion for dementia care.
We have apart timeposition available working Wednesday - Sunday *********** (15 hours per week)In this role you will: Oversee residents providing activities to engage them Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa Engage with our residents and developing lasting relationships with themand their families Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app my Ryman Take time to learn about each and every resident, their background, what's makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullest About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Strong empathy Kindness in your DNAA reliable, friendly and professional style Have obtained or are willing to complete the Relevant unit standards (or an equivalent qualification as approved by Ryman), within 18 months of their employment commencement date Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements, we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position About Ryman At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
