Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training) We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Centre Manager to take the reigns of a brand new centre opening in One Tree Hill opening in early 2025. The centre will boast a variety of well resourced modern learning environments and the opportunity to be part of promoting the centre to the local community. This role would best suit someone with proven leadership skills, well versed with curriculum, is able to support and mentor a large team, foster a positive culture and is confident with compliance requirements. This is a permanent, full time position working Monday - Friday. A safe and inclusive learning environment with a focus on free play. What would we like to see from you?Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE)2 years experience in a similar position within the early childhood sector Current New Zealand Teachers Registration (full)A genuine warmth, care, and passion for children. Team-player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice. The ability to foster a positive team culture and environment Sound knowledge and understanding of Te Whāriki.
