About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated leader to step into our Centre Manager role at Lollipops Bell Block . In this role, you will:
- Provide effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables team members to achieve their objectives.
- Lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices.
- Make an impact with occupancy compliance and team engagement.
- Build a culture of positivity and success, strengthening team engagement and retention.
- Coach and mentor team members, helping them understand career pathways and opportunities.
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional early childhood education (ECE) services to tamariki and whanau.

Our Facilities and Team
We have large, lush outdoor spaces with real grass. Our team of kaiako is stable and experienced, with some members with us for over 10 years. Our environment caters to infants through 5/6 years, with regular excursions and cultural activities. We are developing exciting programs, including a cooking class for tamariki.
