Looking for Head Chef/Sous Chefs/ Chef de Parties and Solo chefs
Working in hotels, pubs, resorts
4-8 week contracts with ongoing jobs available
Job seniority:mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Preparing a la carte style food for lunch and dinner
• Working in a team of 3-6 people (in hotels/pubs/resorts)
• Working in a team of 10+ people (in resorts)
• Ensuring consistent quality and high attention to detail
• Assisting with menu planning and suggestions
• Motivating yourself and the team
• Possibly working during the Festive Holiday Period
Requirements
• Trade qualified Chef with 3-5 years of experience
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Positive and 'can do' attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Keen eye with high attention to detail
• Passion and enthusiasm
