Responsibilities
• Undertake cleaning supervisor duties
• Assist with all aspects of the cleaning service
• Ensure all duties prescribed for cleaners are completed to an acceptable standard
• Contribute to efficient and effective cleaning service within MDHB facilities
Requirements
• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Knowledge of infection control practices and regulations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of cleaning staff
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties as needed
• Further certification or training in cleaning services is a plus
