As a clinical leader, you will support and empower your team to deliver outstanding service to whanau throughout our rohe. You will identify and develop the strengths of others, providing and encouraging opportunities for growth in order to ensure we are providing top quality service for our community, all whilst also growing and developing your own leadership skillset. Delivering services in an area where many of our whanau have complex needs requires out front line staff to be flexible and creative to support holistic wellness in our communities. In turn, leading in this area will require strong decision making abilities and the ability to communicate effectively and draw on your people's strengths while maintaining cohesion within your team. As one of the pillars in our team, your positive and forward-thinking strategic mindset will support our ongoing growth. Providing advice and direction to assist our nurses will require you to have a well-rounded clinical skillset with the ability to provide clinical reviews, and the confidence to make quality decisions. We are seeking an experience people leader who can demonstrate prior experience in promoting a high performance environment through mentoring others, encouraging a feedback forward culture, and being a champion of change and innovation. You will also be/have: Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3) Work close to home in a community based role A Monday – Friday role, with some flexibility to work around you 'Well Health Day': the ability to use sick leave for a proactive planned health day We'll pay for your Post-Graduate certificate Applications close on Thursday 30 November 2023.
