Providing advice and direction to assist our nurses will require you to have a well-rounded clinical skillset with the ability to provide clinical reviews, and the confidence to make quality decisions. We are seeking an experience people leader who can demonstrate prior experience in promoting a high performance environment through mentoring others, encouraging a feedback forward culture, and being a champion of change and innovation.
