Are you a dedicated Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse looking to take a step into leadership? We are excited to be seeking the support of a permanent full time Clinical Leader, to be based in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington.
Te Whiwhinga mahi - The opportunity As part of our Plunket Line leadership team and reporting to the Plunket Line Manager, you'll be an effective leader of a team of Telenurses.
You'll ensure the team is offering quality, timely care to all Plunket Line callers and work to identify and implement ongoing continuous improvement suggestions.
You'll have the opportunity to identify and develop the strengths of others, providing opportunities for growth and quality service for our community, whilst also growing and developing your own leadership skillset. Our Nurses deliver an essential service 24/7 so our Clinical Leaders are on call for escalations and this on call work is rostered during the week and over the weekends. He kōrero mōu - About you As one of the four pillars in our team, your positive and forward-thinking strategic mindset will support our ongoing growth.
Providing the support and advice to assist our Nurses will require you to have a well-rounded clinical skillset, and the confidence to make decisions.
Our changing world has meant that the majority of our team are working from home, remote management brings added diversity to the role.
We will be interested in understanding how you have successfully celebrated success, manage performance through challenging conversations and foster team cohesion in a virtual world.
