Full Time Application Closes 16 Dec 2023 Hawkes Bay - Hastings Manager Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Manager to join our growing organisation in our Te Poutama Tautoko (Addictions) service. TToH is a Ngati Kahungunu mandated, kaupapa Maori, values-based health and social services organisation providing services to our community along the East Coast of the North Island, from Mahia to Rimutaka. Our health, social, education and community development teams have been working successfully with whanau for over 37 years. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Team Manager is responsible for providing leadership to our team of AoD practitioners. The successful candidates will be able to coach and inspire our diverse team of kaimahi as they deliver high quality services to whanau. We are looking for 'people' people who have experience managing teams and know how to ensure that their team thrives.
