The role: Are you a healthcare professional passionate about leveraging your clinical expertise to drive innovation in digital health? At Rauland, we are seeking a Clinical Specialist – Digital Health to join our dynamic team and help transform healthcare delivery across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery and account management activities, ensuring clinical expertise is shared with internal and external stakeholders and effectively applied to support client needs, to drive successful clinical outcomes. How would you contribute to our success?Client Engagement: Effectively partnering with healthcare stakeholders to understand their workflows, challenges, and requirements, ensuring tailored solutions deliver positive outcomes. Solution Implementation: Collaborating with delivery teams to customise configurations, deploy solutions, and facilitate workshops that optimise clinical workflows. Education & Training: Developing and delivering training programs, including e Learning materials, to ensure healthcare teams can effectively utilise digital health solutions. Collaboration & Quality Improvement: Working closely with Sales, Project, and Service teams to address clinical input, improve systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Knowledge: Staying abreast of governing healthcare policies, regulatory standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive innovation. Travel Requirements: Supporting our clients across Australia and New Zealand with onsite visits as needed. What will make your application stand out?Your Qualification as a registered nurse or healthcare professional. Your clinical experience in healthcare settings and a deep understanding of healthcare systems. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Your proven ability to deliver training and support tailored to end-user needs. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Sound experience with digital health solutions, project delivery, or continuous improvement (desirable). A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
