We are an upmarket wine & cocktail bar in the heart of Parnell village that caters for exclusive events on throughout the week as well as vibrant Jazz Fridays where we open to the public.
We nurture talent and promote internally.
Our team is seeking an excellent Senior Bartender/Mixologist who can work various shifts throughout the year as people book for engagements, 21st birthdays and corporate events.
There is also opportunity to work on mobile events & festivals for our other function company.

Sound knowledge of cocktails & wines
Setting up the venue and ensuring its fully stocked as instructed Customer-oriented and planning skills
Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
Outstanding people skills
Perform other duties as assigned
