About the role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our Auckland team. This is a key role responsible for supporting the Branch Operations Manager in delivering efficient commercial site operations while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

About you You will bring strong operational leadership and a proactive approach to team management. You consider yourself customer focused, a great communicator, hard-working, organised, efficient, with high attention to detail. You will be excited and motivated at the prospect of a busy role, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
Skill / behaviour requirements
Five years’ scaffolder experience, ideally able to handle all types of scaffolding scenarios.
Able to demonstrate commercial awareness.
Customer service and delivery focus always (internal and external).
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Leadership: acts as a motivator and mentor to team members with a view to building successful teams.

Self-reliant, adaptable and organised.
High honesty and integrity.
Strong computer literacy: ability to competently use MS Office suite Word, Excel and Outlook. • Ability to pick up and use systems e.g. SAP.
Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple commitments, plan and prioritise workloads and objectives.
Proven ability to achieve set targets and manage jobs of all sizes.
Proven ability of implementing good health and safety practises.
